Dear Diana, Anna, and Alexa,

I am so sorry to hear about Steve's passing. My heart goes out to you all.
Over the years I've thought about all of you and always hoped that you were doing well. It was always such a pleasure to work with Alexa and get to know your family.
I remember when Steve brought Alexa to see me. He was always so encouraging and positive. I can understand why he was such an amazing coach and teacher.

Mr.Coffman was my homeroom teacher for my 4 year of highschool and my teacher for one. He was the type of teacher to make the corniest jokes that made you smile dispite everything. I often saw him helping students with class work or asking about college or sports. Mr.Coffman truly remembered and cared about his students and as a student I'll always remember that about him.

Steve was always so gracious to give of his time and expertise. He presented the Retirement Workshop hosted by the Dearborn County Retired Teachers Association. I know that I personally benefitted from the information that he shared. You will be missed.

I did not know Steve personally my son goes to Harrison Jr. School and told me about him . I went to Elmwood elemantry and St. Bernard high school he sounds like a great man husband and father. I pray for his family to have strength through this tragic event .

He was a great coach and mentor to a lot of young lady’s at St.Bernard when he coached there. I know myself and my two girls are better people because of coach Coffman.

I never really met Mr. Coffman, as I go to Harrison Junior School, but people that I am friends with say he was the best teacher ever. Rest in Peace and condolences to his wife and two daughters. This is a tragic even that has affected dozens of people, myself included. God Bless. ❤️

I was so saddened to hear about Steve’s passing.

Steve was our neighbor for nine years when we lived on Park Place, and he was also my financial advisor....but more importantly, he was a true friend. He had such a great soul and a genuinely kind heart. The way he loved and cared for his family was always so evident, and it left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He was thoughtful, steady, and someone you could always count on. Steve was truly one of a kind, and he will be deeply missed.

My deepest condolences to Diana and the girls. You are all in my thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.
