Dear Sandy, Jim & FamilyWe were saddened to hear of your Mother's death. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.Her obituary attests to the fact that she had a long, productive life. The values she stood for, her many contributions to the communiy, and the many afgans she made, will be remembered by family and friends for years to come. She left a great legacy.
Our sincerest sympathies to Alvin's family. We felt privileged to be a part of Alvina's life and to experience her warmth and love.Dale, Jane, Steven and Jeff Gehring
Although I am far away, my thoughts have been with you all during this difficult time. Aunt Al was always loving, kind and giving towards me whenever I came to the farm. I'll always remember the warm welcomes I received from both her and Uncle Clem all the many times I was there throughout my life. I am the proud owner of two of her spectacular afghans. My favorite one is a "granny" afghan that she surprised me with after I mentioned to her how I had always wanted one. I will treasure them always. Even though I will miss seeing you, Aunt Al, I am glad that you are at peace.Your loving niece,Pat
Jerry and I extend our sympathy to you and your families. She was a gracious lady and always had a smile on her face. Our prayers will be with you.
To Sandy, Mike, Bonnie, Janie and Phyllis,I am so sad to learn of Alvina's death. After she married Dad, I had many chances to get to know her and spent a lot of time with her. She was a graceful and welcoming woman. And her blackberry pies were the BEST! Our two week vacation to New England was a highlight of Dad's and her too short years together. They certainly were devoted to one another and had lots of reasons to smile. My siblings are truly grateful for the care she gave Dad in his final years. May she also rest in peace.Fondly,Donna Gehring Mylenek
We wish to extend our sympathy to all the Bessler family and friends. We loved your mother and miss her already. We especially missed not being able to speak with her these last few months. She will be remembered for welcoming us into her family, her warm heart, and the fun we had playing cards with her and Dad.Again - our condolences.Howard and Karen
