I just heard of Amanda's passing......my condolences to all her friends and family. My Step-Daughter (Brandy) was Amanda's roommate at Manderlay for a while and that is how I came to know Amanda. If you walked into their room, she smiled! I remember she loved purple, so I would bring her and Brandy little goodies I tried to make sure Amanda's were purple. I hope and pray Amanda and Brandy have reconnected in Heaven!
I remember Amanda as a sweet little girl in my second grade classroom. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day.Wishing you peace to heal your hearts and bring you comfort.

This isn't really a single memory, just thinking about her contagious laughter. No matter what kind of day you were having, Amanda would laugh and smile and you couldnt help but laugh with her. She was also quit the prankster at times. Never a dull moment in her presence.
