He had a sweet tooth that included blackberry cobbler and strawberry shortcake among his favorites, but would have to cut back on the sweets in recent years. Andy liked the T.V. show Duck Dynasty and was a big fan of NHRA Drag Racing, the Little League World Series and college football. Other pleasures included working crossword puzzles and a good cigar.Andy is survived by his wife Carol; daughter Shannon Spurlock of Batesville; brother Larry of North Vernon and four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. Visitation is Tuesday, September 17th, from 4 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
