Bertha was so much fun. She was an energetic conversationalist with a heart of gold and a servant's attitude in life. May she rest in peace with her beloved Earl and with her Lord Almighty.
I worked with Bert at Union Furniture Company many years ago. We were friends for 50 plus years. Even if we did not see each other for awhile, we could jump right in and talk for hours. She loved and cared for Earl. Both had quite a sense of humor that I truly enjoyed. I will miss her. My sympathy goes out to her twin sister, Dorothy, and all of her family.
