Bertha C. Weisenbach's Obituary
Bertha C. Weisenbach, age 87 of Batesville, Indiana, died Sunday, December 14, 2008, at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. Born February 15, 1921 in Morris, Indiana, she is the daughter of Elizabeth (Nee: Messang) and John Weisenbach.Bertha was a Purchasing Assistant for the Romweber Furniture Company in Batesville for 44 years, before retiring in 1985. She was also a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and its ladies society.She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Sr. Mechtildis Weisenbach, OSF and Anna M. Flodder; brothers Paul, Nicholas and William Weisenbach.Visitation is Thursday, December 18th, from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m., at the funeral home. Funeral services follow at 11:00 a.m., at St. Louis Catholic Church in Batesville, with Rev. Dennis Duvelius officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family request memorials to Masses at the church, St. Louis Church Building Repair Fund or to Phi Beta Psi Sorority Cancer Research.
