Carol L. Bergman, age 62 of Batesville, died Monday, December 24, 2018 at her home. Born November 10, 1956 in Batesville, she is the daughter of Leona (Nee: Kinker) and Donald Meyer. She married Dennis Bergman July 17, 1976 at St. Read Obituary
My deepest sympathy goes out to her children and husband. Carol, will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I have great memories of Carol working at B.M.S. She was a smiling face whom greeted you once you walked into the office. She was organized and helpful to our children and staff when needed. May she RIP.
Dearest Dennis, David, Michelle, Krista, Jacob, and Marc,
I am sad I wasn't able to be there with you the last two days. During my visits with your Mom in December we laughed, cried, and reminisced about BMS memories, our family and each one of you and the GrandAngels.
Although she was weak, these visits made me a stronger person - a gift your Mother gave to me!

So sorry for your loss. Carol was so helpful when Tyler was in middle school. I always enjoyed talking with her. She was a very sweet lady and will be dearly missed.

I was so shocked to learn of your mother's passing on Monday. I had no idea she had been ill. Had I known, I would have offered my prayers and thoughts for her. My memory of Carol was always seeing her sweet smile anytime you entered the middle school, or wherever she might have been. Our frequent conversations were usually about our kids, Mark and Dannie. Them 2 shared a lot of memories as their lockers were next to each other. So much teasing went on between those two and Carol and I would share their stories and just laugh. I, myself, used to get in a few digs at Mark. Carol was a special person and I know she was a great mom, having raised such great kids. My heart aches for her passing and for the great loss her family will suffer. Again, I am so sorry I didn't know she was sick, so that I could have reached out to her and let her know I would have had her in my thoughts and prayers. Love and hugs to all of you.
