Francis Xavier Wonnell's Obituary
Francis Xavier Wonnell, age six months of Batesville, died Saturday, February 8, 2014. Born August 6, 2013 in Cincinnati, Ohio, he is the son of Amy (Nee: Messerschmidt) and Nic Wonnell. In addition to his parents, Xavier is also survived by his sisters Lilly and Isabelle; brother Brady, all at home; maternal grandmother Ruth Messerschmidt of Batesville; paternal grandmother Susan Wonnell of Venice, Florida as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Leroy Messerschmidt and paternal grandfather James Wonnell.Visitation is Wednesday, February 12th, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday, February 13th at St. Louis Church with Rev. Randy Summers officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family requests memorials to the Ripley County Community Foundation or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
