I met Henry in 1984 at the start of my banking career. I always appreciated his advice and guidance in my early days while learning my craft. He as many have stated would go above and beyond in lending you a leg up when it was
needed. He remained a good friend and trusted business acquaintance for over 37 years. I will recall with admiration the manner in which he carried himself.
He was an amazing man and served on the Board of Directors of New Horizons when I bagan my career there. His service was a blessing to many and his impact continues even today.
A wonderful human being who provided me with much guidance and wisdom in my early practice of law. My prayers are with his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

Sending so much love to the Pictor family. What a beautifully written obituary! I will forever be grateful to Hank and Linda for raising such a beautiful daughter, Katie. So much of what I just read about Hank, he has passed down to her.

I was associated with Hank in the practice of law in Rising Sun from 1969 to 1980. Hank was a diligent and professional advocate. He was also a person of the utmost integrity. He was more than a lawyer in Rising Sun. He was also a leader in community affairs. He and Linda were also quite active at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Aurora. In addition to my own condolences, I also forward those of my wife, Janet Mitchell.

Henry Pictor (or Hank as we called him) was a longtime friend of the Sisters of St. Francis. He shared his legal expertise (pro bono) on numerous occasions. He was a competent and skilled lawyer, but we appreciated even more his wisdom and deep concern for the Sisters. We extend our love, prayers and sympathy to Hank’s family and friends at this difficult time. May Hank rest in God’s everlasting peace.
