Jean H. Hortemiller's Obituary
Jean H. Hortemiller, age 73 of Waukesha, Wisconsin and formerly of Batesville, died Tuesday, November 28, 2006, at Angels Grace Hospice in Wisconsin. Born October 17, 1933 in Batesville, she is the daughter of Stella (Nee: Grieshop) and Stanley Hoene. She married James Hortemiller on May 30, 1955 at St. Louis Church and he preceded her in death in 1988.She is survived by her daughter Jill Grennier of Waukesha; sister Marian Mollaun of Batesville; brother-in-law Robert Shaw of Greensburg; grandchildren Kari and John Spannknebel; step grandchildren Matthew and Jacob Grennier as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she is also preceded in death by her son Jeff Hortemiller and sisters Jacqueline Hoene, Elvera Shaw and Carol Gauck.Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, December 4th, from 10-11 a.m. A memorial mass follows at 11:30 a.m. at St. Louis Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
