Ashamed to say I was not blessed to have known Jeffrey but he was a cousin. My Grandmother was a Pulskamp and over the years our family has lost contact with the Pulskamp Family. Way too young for such an accomplished man to have left this world. Sympathy to the family from Audrey Wallpe Elliott in Cincinnati.
