I was so fortunate to be able to know Rut through his coaching at St. Louis. Every day he delivered our mail and on Thursday, his day off work, he would stop in school and give me rosters, info to pass on to parents, or check on kids grades. I loved it when he brought Preston with him. Rut was so crazy about Preston and it was obvious that Preston felt the same way about his Grandpa.
Rut will be missed by all that knew him. Prayers of healing for all his loved ones, especially Jackie, Jessica, Jeremy and the grandchildren.
