Gary. Dale, Mark and families, we are so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a special guy, always had a big smile for me whenever I would see him. After my dad's passing your dad would stop by and visit my mom frequently, she sure enjoyed those visits. My dad and mom just loved both your parents. Being reunited with your mom is his biggest blessing. After all the hugs and kisses the wives are now watching them play one of the best baseball games ever with all of their friends. It is hard to believe that Uncle Ace is being buried and I can't be there to say "Goodbye" in person. We were 9 years apart, but he treated me more like a sister than a niece. He used to babysit me and recently every time I'd visit him he would remind me that I "would always throw my bottle at him " to pick up. Then I'd laugh and throw it again! I would tell him that was why he was such a good ball player!!! He will be missed by so many people, especially his boys and their families. Gary and Dale took care of him like he was solid gold.
