Joe Decker was dear and close friend of mine practically since birth. We grew up within a stone’s throw of each other. We were in the same class, on the same teams and had the same friends. Joe was always a man of character. He was a very gentle, kind, caring and sharing man. As the years have gone by we shared lots of fun times together, politics and golf. He was a true friend and shall be greatly missed.
Joe was a very special man who I had the privilege of working with. He was patient, kind, and a great listener. Always willing to help out any way he could. He will truly be missed.
Very sorry to hear about Joe - played golf with him a number of times a few years back. He's a very good man. God Bless.
