He always was a "fun" tour bus driver for all of the visitors to Batesville.

I got to know Joe through one of his childhood friends John B and his nephew Mark (Porky) Wittkamper. I went to several races with Uncle Joe and heard many stories over the years from Porky who was our brother in law. The comment about him not knowing a stranger was so true. I talked to him on several occasions. I know one thing for sure, Joe and Porky are shooting the wind together in heaven. Our deepest condolences to everyone who loved him. David & Ann Rolf
