Julia R. Little's Obituary
Julia R. Little, age 57 of Oldenburg, died Sunday, November 1, 2015 at the Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana. Born February 2, 1958 in Jasper, Indiana, she is the daughter of Vivian (Nee: Etienne) and Robert Little. She was a long time employee with New Horizons in Batesville.
Julie's bright smile and cheerful demeanor will be missed. She loved to dance, swim at the YMCA, watch the Golden Girls and developed a fondness for pizza. She is survived by her sisters Carol Crays of Loogootee, Indiana, Kay Little Blackwood of Madison, Indiana, Betty Gabbard of Greensburg, Indiana, Monica Steidinger of Barrington, Illinois, Denise Daro of Torrance, California, Linda Wenning of Madison, Indiana and brothers Joe and Dan Little, both of Batesville and Paul and Jim Little of Bloomington, Indiana. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by sisters Addie Enneking, Mary Little and brother Basil Little.
Visitation is Wednesday, November 4th, from 4 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday, November 5th, at the Srs. of St. Francis Chapel in Oldenburg with Rev. Bob Weekley officiating. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Daylight Savings Time) at St. Augustine's Cemetery in Leopold, Indiana. The family requests memorials to New Horizons or the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
