Kathy was our daughter’s babysitter in the late 70’s and early 80’s. Even when Lyssa didn’t have to go to Kathy’s because of vacations, she would ask to go. Lyssa would say, “Mom, Kathy makes really good lunches and I like to play at her house.” Kathy’s daycare kids were her family too.
