Linnie Sue Williams' Obituary
Linnie Sue Williams, age 52 of Batesville, Indiana, died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Born August 12, 1954 in Springfield, Ohio, she is the daughter of Juanita (Nee: Combs) and Arnold Perkins. She married Mark S. Williams on September 17, 1977 in Dayton, Ohio. Linnie was an Executive’s Assistant for the Guidant Corporation in Indianapolis and was a member of PAAIN (People Assisting Animals in Need) and ALDA (American Late Deafened Adults).She is survived by her husband Mark S. Williams of Batesville; son Michael Williams of Cleves, OH; mother Juanita Perkins; sister and brother-in-law Cheryl and Roger Flynn and niece Christy Cox, all of Nancy, KY. In addition to her father, she is also preceded in death by her grandmother Lonnie Combs. Visitation is Thursday, February 22nd, from 5-8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Batesville. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, February 23rd, at the funeral home, with Rev. Dave Johnston officiating. A private burial will be held at Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Somerset, KY. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Hansen Oncology Center or to PAAIN.
