Margaret C. Ripperger's Obituary
Margaret C. Ripperger, age 94 of Oldenburg, Indiana, died Thursday, August 31, 2006 at the St. Andrew's Health Campus in Batesville. She was born September 24, 1912 at St. Mary's, Indiana and is the daughter of Magdalena (Nee: Kiefer) and Henry Kruthaupt. She married Joseph Ripperger on September 5, 1932 at Indianapolis, Indiana and he preceded her in death on April 20, 1996.Margaret was a homemaker and a member of the Holy Family Church in Oldenburg.She is survived by her son Robert Ripperger of Metamora, Indiana; brother Lawrence Kruthaupt of Batesville; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Joseph and parents, she was prededed in death by her son Rev. Alexius Ripperger, O.F.M.; brothers Edward, Henry and Ambrose Kruthaupt and sisters Christine Roell, Martha Stewart and Matilda Hauserman.Visitation is Friday, September 1st, from 5-8 p.m. at the Holy Family Church in Oldenburg, with a rosary service at 7 p.m. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 2nd, at the church, with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family requests memorials to the Eagle Fire Co.
