Marjorie H. Hartman's Obituary
Marjorie H. Hartman, age 84 of Morris, Indiana, died Sunday, September 17, 2006, at Margaret Mary Hospital in Batesville, Indiana. Born September 19, 1921, in Decatur County Indiana, she is the daughter of Flora (Nee: Veercamp) and Herman Brancamp. She married Alvadore Hartman August 14, 1950 at the Immaculate Conception Church in Millhousen, Indiana and preceded her in death on July 8, 1984.Marjorie was a homemaker and a member of the St. Anthony's Church in Morris. She is survived by her daughters Diane Hornbuckle of Baltimore, Maryland, Jean Johnson of Milan, Indiana and Rose Morton of New Point, Indiana; sons Roger Hartman of Sunman, Indiana and Francis "Puffy" Hartman of Batesville; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband Alvadore and parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Janet Hartman; son Mark Hartman; sisters Effie Sanregret, Marie Kress, Edna Wenning and brothers Leonard, Herman and Walter Brancamp.Visitation is Friday, September 22nd, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home, with a rosary service at 7 p.m. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 23rd, at St. Anthony Church, with Msgr. Bernard Schmitz officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family requests memorials to the St. Anthony's Ladies Society.
