I fondly remember Mary Carolyn from the Eureka Band. As a French Horn player, I usually sat right in front of her and the Bass Drum. Her smile made all the effort to get there and play worth it! Sympathy to all of her friends and family. She was an inspiration to many. Marilyn Bourquein
Mary Carolyn was always a very cheerful person who took time for others. Growing up I remember going to her camera and record shop a lot. She has been so instrumental in helping the needy and took our son, Chad Gerdowsky who is blind under her wing for teaching him religion for many years. She always had a smile on her face and so enjoyed her music and being there for the needy! She is now with her God and enjoying the heavenly paradise! Mary Carolyn was one of my biggest encouragers when I served as DRE at St Louis in the early part of this century. She left little notes to give me positive, uplifting words. She was a living Saint and I know Jesus has taken her into His loving arms. Well done, good and faithful servant. Rest now, Mary Carolyn. 💔
