Michael P. Henretty's Obituary
Michael P. Henretty, age 38 of Oldenburg, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at his residence. Born May 18, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois, he is the son of Brenda (Nee: Linville) and Peter Henretty. He graduated from Batesville High School in 1995 and had his own handyman/construction business.
Some of the hobbies he enjoyed including playing his guitar, fishing and camping. He also liked to read and loved spending time with his children.
Mike is survived by his daughters Carrie and Laura Henretty; son Josh Henretty, all of Cross Plains, Indiana; mother Brenda Henretty of Oldenburg; father Pete Henretty of Wichita, Kansas; sisters Margaret Marcy of Oldenburg, Jolene Volk of Morris and Maria Manning of Greensburg; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mike was cremated. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 10th, from 9 - 11 a.m. at the funeral home. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Stan Pondo officiating and burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
