Ruth M. Hermesch's Obituary
Ruth M. Hermesch, age 79 of Batesville, died Thursday the 27th, at the Waters of Batesville. Born June 28, 1927, in Batesville, she is the daughter of Antoinette (Nee: Dirks) and Louis Hermesch. She worked on the kitchen staff at the Sherman House for many years and was a member of St. Louis Church and the St. Louis Ladies Society. Ruth is survived by her sisters Helen Blanken of Cincinnati, OH, and Joan Karbowski of Batesville, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Her parents preceded her in death. Visitation is Tuesday, August 1st, from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home. Funeral services follow at 11 a.m. at St. Louis Church with the Rev. Dennis Duvelius officiating and burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Louis School.
