We appreciated the work Sister Mary Peter did in Chillicothe while at St. Peter Parish. She especially helped the poor and elderly in our community. Her annual Christmas party for indigent children was a special event that was well-attended. Sister was not just a help to the parish, but was a force for good in the Chillicothe community. Rest in peace!
Sorry about your loss. You are in my prayers.I recently left St. Joseph Home in Sharonville, Ohio. The chapel there has a chalice with Rev. Walter Sterwerf's name on it.
