I got to know Sister Rachael and Sister Evelyn during the summers of 2016-18 when I mowed grass at Michaela Farm.
Sisters Rachael and Evelyn would drive their golf over to Michaela Farm in the afternoon to wash and grade eggs in the farm's big kitchen. Initially I could not tell them apart but over time the distinction became evident. They were there for all of the farm employees birthday celebration in the kitchen.
In getting to know the twins, I found out that both of them like to do adult coloring. I was just getting involved in the hobby. We would meet at the convent and color on Sunday afternoons. Very enjoyable time with them as they had so many stories to tell. They were quite the characters in their grade school days. Rachael will be missed by many in the convent and the community,
May God bless her soul and welcome her into heaven.
