Viola M. Bruns' Obituary
Viola M. Bruns, age 90 of Batesville, died Friday, May 8, 2015 at her home. Born September 21, 1924 in Franklin County Indiana, she is the daughter of Josephine (Nee: Merchen) and John Horstman. She married Lester Bruns July 16, 1983 at St. John's Church in Enochsburg and he preceded her in death on November 7, 2009. She was a member of St. Louis Church and worked at Hill-Rom for 36 years before retiring.
Visitation is Wednesday, May 13th, from 10 - 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services follow at 11:30 a.m. at St. Louis Church with Rev. Stan Pondo officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family requests memorials to the Alzheimer's Support Group of Southeastern Indiana.
