I worked with Willie when I was at the D & E building with the engineers. What a special heart that man had and was always willing to explain things to me when I went to his shop. He will truly be missed!

I met Willie as a hire in on second shift in 1969 to C-21. His crew made the machine I operated in C-13 during the 80 s. If no one knew they d call Willie for his opinion. Well liked and respected among the co workers.. Yes he always had that smile.
Remember taking Willy to Columbus, Ohio once to see a dam. We would go to the Dairy Bar on 46 and hopefully run into some young ladies. Remember working with him in the Ritter before I went to college and also helped him paint Bob’s house. Afraid I can’t think of Bob’s last name. Rest in Peace Willy.
