Dearest family of "Doc" Flodder! A flood of memories hit me when I found out you had lost Doc. My Papa, Aloysius T. Suttmann (Sutt or Loy) and Doc were best buddies as children. The stories my Dad share, of all the conniptions they would get into, filled us kids with laughter--story after story of their school antics, for example. I just saw your Dad on his front porch when I recently visited my Dad's gravesite there at Oldenburg cemetery. You know, my Pop was waiting on "Docy" (as he called him) at heaven's door. I bet those two are laughing hardy right now. God bless you all.
Our sympathies to the family of a caring and loving father and uncle. We are blessed to have known Uncle Doc. His memory will remain with us.
Sincerest condolences to the entire family. Uncle Doc was a wonderful man!
Patti and family, Please be assured of our sincere sympathy at this time of great loss! We will keep you in prayer and wish you peace and healing.

Debbie and family - Mom just called to let me know about Doc's passing. Just wanting to let you know that although I am unable to make the trip home, I will be praying for all of you at this time. Doc was one of a kind, always on my list of people to see when home, my visits will be missing something in the future. Hugs and love from North Carolina.
So sorry for your loss. Doc lived a full life and was a very well known person. I am sure no matter who you talk to, everyone can tell a story. Enjoy the memories and find comfort in knowing he is in a good place. Sending prayers to the whole family.
