She was a most amazing, kind hearted, beautiful woman who means more to me then she will ever know. I will miss her with all of my heart and my love goes out to Sydney, Mr. Doyle, Caitlin, Pat and Tim. She taught me many things in both the culinary world and life itself. I will truly miss her.

The service today was beautiful and truly was a celebration of Karen's life. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to visit with the family today. I wanted to tell the entire family what an amazing woman Karen was and that I feel blessed to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family during this incredibly difficult time. I remember the feelings I had when I lost my first husband 5 years ago and I will continue to pray for all of you during the coming months.
