It was about two years ago, that I visited Dick at his home. He was out working in his garden when I pulled into his driveway. He introduced me to his wife, Rita and we sat in his living room talking about our past when I visited my cousin Jim Rolfes in the summer. We talked about our grandchildren and all of their sporting activities. He also showed me his apartment where all of the pictures of his and my family. We did see other again at the family reunion this summer along with Denny and Emery. I wish we could have spent more time together and my thoughts and prayers go out to him and Rita and his children.
