To the family of Rosie:I have been friends with Deborah Dickey for over 16 years and got to know Rosie through our friendship. The memories recounted in her obituary made me smile. When I visited with Deb, Rosie always had something fabulous cooked or cooking on the stove and never failed to invite me to have a meal with her. I marveled at her love for sports and the instructions she would vocalize to the players and coaches on the TV. I loved Rosie and the many facets of her personality.
