It was my honor to have met and spent a few days with Sister Ruth. Her zest to enjoy life was second to none. Her heroism in fighting canver, not once, but twice, showed her deep and devoted faith in our Savior, Our Father. Rest in peace dear Ruth. Your work here on Earth is done, and the everlasting glory in Heaven is now yours to enjoy.
She was wise, intelligent, talented and an amazing sister. We will miss her quirky sense of humor and quick wit but we know that she is in a better place where there is no pain or disease to consume her ever again.
