I was not only surprised but also saddened to read of the passing of Sr. Joan Elise. My prayers are with the family and I bid God's Love on Sr. Joan. May she rest in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Hopefully, I am able to speak honestly on behalf of the class of 1965, in saying that we are so saddened to hear of Sr. Joan Elise's passing......she was one of the FAVORITES. Such a sweet and devoted teacher and friend to many. Our condolences to her family and the community of the Sisters of St. Francis.
