Dear Marilyn,I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed growing up with your parents just across the street from our house. They truly were the best neighbors in a neighborhood of great neighbors. I was just thinking about your folks this week when the Reds were in the playoffs. Ray and I spent a lot of time out in the yard discussing baseball. And while I didn't talk as much with your Mom she never once said an unkind word to any of us kids when we were out just being kids.
